What to include on a pressure washing invoice
- Each surface as its own line (driveway, siding, deck, roof), since each is priced differently
- Square footage or a flat price per surface
- Chemical treatment or sealing as separate add-ons
- Service address and date
- Any damage waiver or note about pre-existing stains

Frequently asked questions
Should I charge per square foot or per job?
Many pressure washers quote per square foot for flat surfaces and a flat price for house washes. You can mix both on one invoice: square feet as the quantity with a per-foot rate, and flat items with quantity 1.
